In Historic Downtown Silverton, Oregon

Each ticket provides unlimited admission to all Festival venues, presentations and performances.

Tickets include a wristband that is required for entrance to the venues.  Underage persons are allowed into venues, but will be given a wristband that keeps them from being able to get wine. Under 18 must be accompanied by an adult except in the non-wristband venues.  Age will be verified at the Festival admissions booth.

No wine Tasting is allowed without ticket purchase and wristband. No one under 21 may drink alcohol and NO ALCOHOL may be consumed outside he designated venues or festival areas or other local establishments.

Guests agree to behave in a responsible manner, and to show civility and goodwill toward others and toward the town. They agree to comply with reasonable requests of Festival officials.

All performances, presentations and other activities of the Festival will occur indoors. The Festival will proceed regardless of weather. There will be no "rain checks."

Nor will tickets be refunded under any conditions. All sales are final.
